Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order processes
Drive clarity with requestors, approvers, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution
Identify, remove, and prevent roadblocks in the purchasing process
Lead process improvement projects to maximize the efficiency of our company resources
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar field
Experience with spend management (i.e. Coupa) and resource planning systems
Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent KPI's
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of additional experience
A strong sense of urgency and a tactical mindset
Preferred
Experience with the Google suite of tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Experience using Slack on a professional level
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
