Conduct visits to construction projects under jurisdiction of DSA to ensure compliance with building code and DSA regulations
Provide field oversight to DSA project inspectors
Review Construction Change documents
Monitor construction progress and facilitate meetings with engineers, architects, inspectors, school district officials, testing labs, clients, and stakeholders
Approve assignment of DSA inspectors for new construction projects
Provide post-disaster building assessments
