Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
True Rx Health Strategists is on a mission to deliver smarter, more affordable pharmacy benefits. They are seeking a Director of FP&A who will partner with executives to make data-driven decisions and implement high-impact financial strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the annual plan and rolling forecasts, elevating accuracy and speed across the company
Build and maintain robust financial models that illuminate revenue, profitability, cash flow, and ROI—so leaders can act with confidence
Run monthly executive reviews, distill complex analyses into crisp recommendations, and drive alignment on priorities
Deliver actionable variance analysis and trend spotting to optimize expense management and accelerate growth
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with department leaders to assess initiatives, quantify tradeoffs, and maximize value creation
Establish SOPs for FP&A processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and continuously improve how we plan, analyze, and report
Manage a team of three, mentoring FP&A talent and raising the bar on analytics, rigor, and business acumen
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
Advanced analytics and modeling skills
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., dashboards, data visualization, self-service analytics)
Strong accounting fundamentals and a sharp eye for accuracy
Ability to influence at all levels—from analysts to executive leadership—with clarity and conviction
Operates with urgency, meets deadlines, and thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
Preferred
CPA or MBA
Experience in healthcare or PBM
