The Contract Manager, a Sr TE (Specialist) is the authorized representative of the State of California responsible for procuring, administering contracts, and monitoring the consultant's performance to ensure compliance with all contract provisions and to ensure the efficient use of state funds to produce the maximum value for our tax dollars
