Search Marketing Specialist
WEBRIS is a law firm marketing agency seeking an experienced Search Marketing Specialist. The role involves optimizing clients' websites, creating AI-assisted content, and executing SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to clients' websites
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly
Utilize AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content
Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Support the broader marketing team with integrated campaigns and strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar
Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation tools
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Ability to look at a spreadsheet and see a narrative, not just a list
Preferred
Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment
Legal marketing experience, understanding the nuances of 'Attorney Advertising' rules, high-intent legal keywords (e.g., 'Car accident lawyer vs. Personal injury attorney'), and the high-stakes nature of the legal industry
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing
