Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist
CFS is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration for their U.S. operations. The role involves managing payroll for multiple entities, ensuring compliance, and acting as a resource for employees regarding benefits.
Responsibilities
Own payroll processing for multiple entities using ADP Workforce Now and ensure accuracy and compliance
Administer benefits programs and serve as a trusted resource for employees
Manage expatriate payroll items, including fringe benefits postings and allocations
Maintain accurate employee data and generate reports on compensation, benefits, and metrics
Handle year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, ACA) with precision
Oversee federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions
Collaborate with management on process improvement initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of payroll experience
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and multi-state regulations
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and commitment to confidentiality
Preferred
Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
