This role will serve as the senior finance leader for the organization’s regional operations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Oversee core finance and accounting operations, including reporting and controls
Own monthly and quarterly financial results, including P&L and cash flow visibility
Deliver actionable insights through forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
Ensure accurate cost, inventory, and asset accounting practices
Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvement
Support capital investment analysis and financial performance tracking
Partner with tax and treasury functions to ensure compliance and liquidity
Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team
Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5–7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong technical accounting foundation with business-oriented mindset
Confident communicator with executive presence
Hands-on, results-driven leader with strong judgment and accountability
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Experience in operational or manufacturing-adjacent environments a plus
