Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities

Conduct market research, technical analysis, and sensitivity testing to support investment theses

Assess project economics, capital structures, and risk-adjusted returns

Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders

Support due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, technical, and financial advisors

Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating key deal terms

Review and interpret legal documentation to ensure alignment with investment strategy

Track closing deliverables and ensure timely execution of investment transactions

Support relationship management with developers, operators, and strategic partners

Contribute to pitch materials, proposals, and strategic initiatives

Represent the firm at industry events and conferences as needed
