Responsibilities
Design and produce creative assets for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials
Translate BRIF’s mission into engaging, inspiring visuals that strengthen Jewish identity and highlight the importance of visiting Israel
Manage projects from concept to completion, working independently while responding efficiently to feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Take initiative by proposing fresh design ideas, new formats, and innovative approaches that anticipate audience needs
Stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously elevate BRIF’s visual identity
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, including efforts to help recruit top talent to the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of professional design experience (internships or freelance work considered)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma)
Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to understand and connect with the target audience
