Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale HR technology programs ensuring alignment to business priorities, risk mitigation, and value realization
Act as a senior program leader for HR digital transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, sequencing, dependency management, and executive communications
Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to coordinate delivery across complex, interdependent workstreams
Provide strategic oversight of Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, with specific focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management (experience preferred)
Proactively surface risks, issues, and trade-offs, offering clear recommendations and solution paths
Translate business and HR needs into clear program plans, milestones, and success measures
Operate as a connector and integrator, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment across regions and functions
Bring a continuous-improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery models, governance, and ways of working
Support future team growth and capability building as the function evolves

Required

Proven experience in senior-level program or portfolio management, ideally within HR Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems
Solid working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without formal authority
Exceptional ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change
Solid executive presence with the confidence to challenge, influence, and advise senior leaders
Highly analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess issues and drive pragmatic outcomes
Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and detailed execution

Preferred

Prior experience supporting large-scale HR transformations or cloud migrations
Background working with external implementation partners or system integrators
Familiarity with HR operating models, shared services, or global governance structures
