Responsibilities

Deploy, rack, cable, and maintain various Apple hardware in the data center
Manage Apple device diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and configurations
Monitor system health and support operational uptime SLAs
Keep accurate asset records, labeling, inventory, and documentation
Assist with network infrastructure setup and maintenance, including switch installation and structured cabling

Qualification

Mac devicesTroubleshootingData Center ManagementNetworkingTicketing Systems

Required

3+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware support roles
Hands-on experience with Mac hardware (Mac Studio/Mini/Pro) in production or lab environments
Strong understanding of racking, stacking, cabling, and general data center best practices
Working knowledge of network switches, Ethernet standards, and basic L2 protocols
Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, asset tracking tools
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~50 lbs) and work in data center environments
