Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams
Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database
Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
Promote Southern National’s roofing solutions and customer experience
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in inside sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers
