Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from start to finish
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and dispositive motions
Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing)
Preferred
Trial experience or significant deposition and motion practice is a plus
