Responsibilities
Support and improve aircraft manufacturing and assembly processes
Develop process plans, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient builds
Document and maintain process improvements and workflow standards
Qualification
Required
6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aircraft or aerospace)
Hands-on experience in aircraft modification, assembly, or maintenance
Proficiency with CATIA (latest version)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
U.S. Citizenship required (must be able to obtain Secret Clearance)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred
A&P or FAA certification
MRB / Non-Conformance experience
CNC or tooling design experience
NPI or production ramp-up background
