As the Implementation Consultant – Asset Connect, you will lead successful deployments of MaintainX’s new Asset Connect product, guiding customers through configuration, data migration, and workflow design.

Responsibilities
Onboard new OEM and service provider accounts onto Asset Connect, configuring modules to match their workflows
Migrate existing customer data using internal digital tools and ensure clean, accurate setup before go-live
Serve as a trusted advisor on customer use cases, helping them adopt best practices and realize value quickly
Identify workflow, integration, and feature gaps based on customer implementations and share actionable feedback with the product team
Partner with Sales and other GTM teams to develop repeatable processes for this new 0→1 product
Document onboarding steps, implementation playbooks, and internal processes to support future scalability
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a similar customer‑facing role within a B2B SaaS company
Experience supporting enterprise accounts with complex implementations and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport easily
Ability to lead training sessions for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Comfortable presenting to executives and frontline teams alike
Analytical mindset
Enjoy digging into data to track adoption, usage patterns and ROI
Use insights to drive action
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
