Responsibilities
Lead and support a US payroll operations team
Oversee high-volume, multi-state payroll processing
Partner closely with ADP / Ceridian managed services
Act as an escalation point for payroll issues
Support year-end, quarter-end, W-2 activities
Ensure audit, SOX, and compliance standards are met
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Payroll Supervisor or similar role
Experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll processing
Ability to lead and support a payroll operations team
Experience with ADP / Ceridian managed services
Ability to act as an escalation point for payroll issues
Experience supporting year-end, quarter-end, W-2 activities
Knowledge of audit, SOX, and compliance standards
Preferred
Candidates with titles such as Payroll Manager, Payroll Operations Supervisor, Payroll Operations Manager, Payroll Lead, Senior Payroll Analyst (with leadership), Payroll Team Lead, Payroll & Employee Services Supervisor, US Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Compliance Manager
