Responsibilities

Assist in supervision of assigned Operations Detail staff; organize and support team tasks, contribute to overall dept efficiency

Familiarize team with guidelines/regulations, assist in learning and adherence to credit union procedures

Help review internal department procedures, editing, and creating new procedures, as necessary

Verify account information is complete and accurate according to compliance requirements

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with branch managers and staff, providing high-level service and support
