Responsibilities
Investigate alerts and suspicious activity across customer environments
Tune detection logic, reduce noise, and improve investigation quality
Collaborate directly with customer SOC/SecOps teams during onboarding and ongoing operations
Review identity, SaaS, cloud, and data-layer signals to surface meaningful risks
Work with Mesh Product & Engineering to improve detection coverage and investigation workflows
Support threat-hunting use cases and Zero Trust posture validation
Qualification
Required
2–4 years experience in SOC, MDR, DFIR, Threat Hunting, or SecOps
Ability to investigate events across identities, SaaS, cloud, endpoints, and data sources
Familiarity with SIEM/XDR tools and incident response workflows
Strong analytical skills and clear communication with technical teams
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments
