Responsibilities
Propose new technologies or enhancements to existing technologies
Initiates the adoption of new processes, documents, methodologies, tools, etc. to improve the overall process
Discuss with Finance Integration Leads and Project Managers business requirements
Identify proposed solutions, validate feasibility, create functional specifications
Participates in the design of testing procedures and in the development testing of new or enhanced applications
The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
Acts as a liaison with other IT groups & coordinates planning of technical tasks
Provides leadership and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Fluency in written and spoken English
7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO modules
2+ years of experience on each: Seeburger P2P, IDOC, SAFT and eInvoicing
Experience on transition from ECC to S4 HANA as FICO Lead role
Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles (International Standard and Country specific for Turkey, Morocco, Rumania, among others)
Knowledgeable of SAP FI/CO integration to other SAP modules, specially MM, SD and Purchasing
Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP IDOC, SAFT and e Invoicing is highly desirable
SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
