Office Coordinator
Catholic Health is a leading healthcare provider with a commitment to quality care. They are seeking an Office Coordinator to manage on-call schedules and ensure effective communication with medical staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Coordinates on call schedules for all specialties and interacts with Chiefs and Chairmen to ensure the schedule is covered
Interact with Chiefs and Chairmen of specialties to ensure schedules are filled as much as possible
Make changes to the schedule based on Physician availability and communicate those changes to clinical units
Qualification
Required
Position will require sitting for long periods of time interspersed with walking to and from various locations
Excellent verbal and listening skills required for communicating clearly and effectively with others
Ability to bend, stretch, reach, handle/finger delicate items, required. Ability to carry files up to 5 lbs
Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential physical demands
Excellent typing skills; MS Office proficiency; Knowledge Excel and Outlook
High school diploma required
