Supervisor-Lab Support Technicians
Mercy is a healthcare organization seeking a Supervisor for Laboratory Support Services. This role involves leading a team to ensure accurate laboratory sample collection and compliance with regulatory standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate, precise, and timely collection of laboratory samples and testing as required
Assuring compliance and meeting all regulatory requirements consistent with the quality of a World Class Laboratory
Perform Human Resources functions, which may include scheduling and job performance reviews
Exhibit excellent customer service skills in line with Mercy Signature Service in all internal and external customer interactions
Exhibit Mercy Leadership Attributes
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
Qualification
Required
High School Degree
Three years acceptable clinical laboratory experience
Exhibit excellent customer service skills in line with Mercy Signature Service
Perform Human Resources functions, which may include scheduling and job performance reviews
Assure compliance and meet all regulatory requirements consistent with the quality of a World Class Laboratory
