OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a caring and energetic Activities Assistant to support engaging recreational and social programs for their residents. This role involves assisting the Activity Director with planning and leading group and individual activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.

Assist with group and one-on-one activities (games, crafts, outings, events)
Encourage resident participation and social engagement
Help prepare activity calendars and event materials
Support Resident Council meetings and special events

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in long-term care or activities
Activities Certification
