Responsibilities

Create/find new retail business relationships
Own and manage relationships with retail partners, ensuring strong brand representation and growth
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive sales, increase visibility, and optimize performance
Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, and fulfillment) to align strategies with business goals
Grow an Account Management team to be successful reps who help grow the business
Other duties as deemed necessary by management
Partner with ecommerce team to monitor and enhance product listings, imagery, and descriptions to ensure best-in-class presentation
Manage promotions, pricing, and seasonal merchandising to maximize sales and profitability
Analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, and sell-through data to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with retailers on digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, banners, and paid advertising
Ensure all retailer product pages reflect current branding, trends, and marketing initiatives
Partner with internal team to develop content tailored for retailer platforms
Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure proper inventory levels, fulfillment efficiency and prevent out-of-stock or overstock issues through proactive planning
Resolve any logistical or operational challenges with retailer partners
Manage the relationship between the retail partner and VBC IT team for required system integrations to improve sales and brand imaging

Required

7-10+ years of experience in e-commerce and retail account management, in the beauty, fashion, or luxury goods industries
Experience managing online retailer relationships such as ULTA, Sephora, Blue Mercury, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Dermstore, or similar accounts
Strong analytical skills with experience in e-commerce performance tracking and reporting
Ability to develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to individual retailers
Knowledge of online and in-store merchandising best practices, SEO for product listings, and digital marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Excel, retail analytics platforms, and e-commerce tools
