The consultant will work closely with clients across healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries, delivering end-to-end UKG implementations and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Implement UKG Pro WFM modules including Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation

Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM projects including business analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare

Lead and support requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings

Design and deliver assigned workstreams and take ownership of project deliverables

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Identify project risks and issues proactively and recommend effective solutions

Support integration efforts and work with the Boomi integration layer (as applicable)
