Responsibilities
Lead an affirmative‑only immigration practice at a mission‑driven, multidisciplinary nonprofit
Shape processes, mentor attorneys/DOJ reps, and collaborate across legal and social‑service teams to deliver trauma‑informed outcomes
Supervise ~ 2–3 (attorney/paralegal/DOJ rep)
Hybrid: ~ 2 days/week on‑site with flex time
Intake/admin support provided (legal navigators + program assistant)
Qualification
Required
JD (ABA) + active bar (OR or any U.S. state)
3–4 yrs immigration law (incl. 2+ yrs as an attorney)
Passion for mentorship, quality, and process design
Preferred
Bilingual a plus (Spanish/Dari/Pashto/Ukrainian)
