Responsibilities
Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and basic programming tasks under supervision
Participate in customer classes, observe and assist in teaching introductory sessions and help answer questions
Accompany field service technicians on customer site visits to gain exposure to real-world applications and problem-solving
Learn to interpret electrical drawings, MCC layouts, and standards; assist with programming tasks
Perform assigned tasks as directed

Experience in Microsoft Office software: specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
