Accounting & Payroll Administrator

The Accounting & Payroll Administrator will manage payroll and billing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting the financial integrity of the organization.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Process accurate bi-weekly payroll through ADP, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Manage payroll and billing operations for multiple payer sources, including VA, Medicaid, and private pay clients
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable in QuickBooks
Reconcile payroll and financial reports, resolving discrepancies promptly
Support payroll tax filings, W-2/1099 preparation, and annual audits
Maintain organized financial records and assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Collaborate with leadership to monitor financial trends and improve process efficiency
Uphold financial integrity and internal controls that align with compliance standards

Required

3+ years of accounting experience, including payroll, billing, and financial reporting
Understands payroll tax regulations and accounting principles
