They are seeking a highly skilled Task Order Manager to oversee and coordinate analysis related programs supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with 480 ISRW goals and mission objectives

Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources

Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration

Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization

Travel required up to 15%

Required

Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree

Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks)

Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations

Familiarity with problem-centric ISR operations

Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
