Finance Administrative Assistant
Entyre Care is dedicated to supporting caregivers by providing both emotional and financial assistance throughout their caregiving journey. The Finance Administrative Assistant will support the finance team by managing daily finance operations and maintaining accurate financial records while performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflows.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with Accounting Specialists and Accountants to maintain accurate and organized financial and billing records
Process incoming mail and track finance-related correspondence
Match received payments to corresponding invoices in NetSuite for accurate bank reconciliation
Confirm NetSuite records match payments issued
Add new caregivers as vendors in Netsuite and update profiles, stipends, and reimbursements accordingly
Contact families via phone and via email to give updates and follow up on payment inquiries
Prepare and issue large number of checks on a bi-weekly basis
Provide general office support
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in a customer admin/staff accountant role, prior exposure to finance/accounting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
Strong organization and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Accounting ERP systems such as Netsuite, Quickbooks, Bill.com is a plus
