Responsibilities
Support litigation in Texas with experience in deposition and counter affidavits
Engage comfortably with clients, maintaining a positive presence and promoting long-term relationship building
Communicate with the customer, reviewer, and staff to ensure a quality report is delivered by the customer's deadline
Be the main Operations contact for counter affidavit clients and provide a seamless workflow process to ensure timely completion and overall completeness of reviewer reports
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting litigation in Texas
Experience in deposition and Counter affidavits
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with clients in a personable yet professional manner
Ability to navigate sensitive case matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
Responsibility for communication with the customer, reviewer, and staff to ensure a quality report is delivered by the customer's deadline
Ability to provide a seamless workflow process to ensure timely completion and overall completeness of a reviewer report
Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
Computer literacy and typing skills
Preferred
An Associate's Degree
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
