Responsibilities
Calculate and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy
Handle inquiries and adjustment requests from the Sales and Finance departments
Process both automated and manual commission adjustments when necessary
Produce reports and statements based on transactional data for commission purposes
Validate sales incentives and align sales reporting structures accurately
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least one year of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance/accounting
Strong Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Experience in sales, finance, or related analytical roles
Familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp, and ChangePoint
