Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including pharmacy, TPN, specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery services to ensure efficient workflows and quality service

Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, drug contracting strategies based on CMS and commercial fee schedules, and implement cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the FDA, CMS, and accreditation bodies

Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive clinical excellence in all aspects of home infusion therapy

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team; cultivate a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth

Serve as a primary spokesperson for the pharmacy, communicating with the Executive Team, Health Plan partners and key stakeholders

Required

Experience in pharmacy operations management, preferably in home infusion therapy services

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to pharmacy operations

Proven track record in financial management, including budget management and cost control

Experience in quality assurance and improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with specialty drugs and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)

Familiarity with CMS and commercial fee schedules

Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
