Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR

Lead overall program execution, resource allocation, and performance management

Oversee quality assurance, cost control, and timely delivery of contractual deliverables

Provide risk management and mitigation strategies across functional task areas

Coordinate team leads and interface with all government stakeholders

Conduct and present at Program Reviews and Interim Progress Reviews (IPRs)

Ensure contract compliance with NCIS policies and federal acquisition regulations

Support staffing plans, onboarding, and team readiness throughout the PoP
