Sr Production Supervisor
CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers. The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards while driving P&L results.

Responsibilities
Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment
Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectations
Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success
Provide the next level of support for escalated issues during work shifts
Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics
Communicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolved
Engages in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment
Assists in P&L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and scheduling
Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required
Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately
Provide training, motivation, and support to employees regarding company and departmental procedures, development opportunities, and departmental processes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors
All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a high volume production environment
Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication
Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
General knowledge of OSHA Standards
5-7+ years supervisory/management experience in a high volume production environment required
Technical degree or certification strongly preferred
Preferred
Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus
Supervising temporary staff
Experience working with UKG and Kronos
Ability to develop and articulate a clear strategic vision
Associate degree preferred or equivalent years of hands-on experience
