Maintenance Asset Manager
Philip Morris International (PMI) is transforming its business to deliver a smoke-free future. The Maintenance Asset Manager is responsible for planning and managing assets to ensure optimal equipment availability and reliability, while developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures to support high-quality maintenance and compliance with PMI standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update the asset register for manufacturing equipment and storeroom inventory
Manage storeroom attendants across all shifts and oversee ordering of assets and non-critical items
Perform asset and equipment inventory; monitor deliveries and communicate issues to management
Integrate new maintenance equipment, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements
Keep maintenance documentation current and accessible; ensure PMI compliance
Monitor and update maintenance equipment standardization plans and adhere to Change Management processes
Facilitate payment processing for repairs and schedule upgrades or replacements
Develop proactive, cost-effective maintenance strategies based on best practices
Accurately record maintenance processes and data in CMMS (Maximo) or logbooks
Qualification
Required
Technical school or engineering degree
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM)
Excellent collaboration, customer focus, quick learning, and attention to detail
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)
Preferred
Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred)
