Responsibilities
Sending of 837 files and collection of 835 files
Review the Insurance Carrier Reports to resolve discrepancies or incomplete claims
Reconcile electronic payments by retrieving electronic bank files for each client and matching payments or denials to the corresponding insurance carrier
Access and store EOBs and related documents into the Touch Chart filing software system
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
One to two years related experience
Prior experience with EDI operations
