Responsibilities
Innovative and complex mechanical/HVAC system design
Developing specifications, calculations and design drawings
Project management and coordination in relation to scope and budget
Site observations (out of town travel required)
Management and oversight of support staff
Providing exemplary service to team members and clients
Qualification
Required
BSME (or equivalent experience)
Professional Engineering License
5 to 10+ years' design consulting experience
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in government, healthcare, and educational sectors
Knowledge of industry codes and standards
Preferred
LEED Accreditation
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software
Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office, and other relevant engineering design tools
