Customer Solutions Engineer (Full Stack)
monday.com is a leading company in the software industry, and they are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Solutions Engineering team in New York City. The role involves developing custom solutions for strategic customers, collaborating with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives, and leading technical discovery sessions to translate customer requirements into effective designs.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts
Lead deep technical and business discovery with customers to understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers
Translate customer pain points into clearly scoped, high-impact technical designs
Build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com’s app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools
Develop full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, integrations, and hosting) with exposure to all aspects of delivery, including deployment and DevOps considerations
Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration
Qualification
Required
Experience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing
3+ years of professional experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React
Previous experience in Full-stack development
Client-centric understanding and passion for building software that provides a great experience
Willingness to work independently and learn new skills
Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
Focus on quality and simplicity
Preferred
AWS, GraphQL, Serverless, K8s, CI/CD, GenAI, SQL/NoSQL database technologies
