$20/hr - $23/hrThe Paskin Group at Trails at Valley Ranch is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to help maintain their property. This role involves ensuring resident satisfaction through property upkeep and safety compliance, while also providing support to the lead supervisor.

Responsibilities
Completing work orders, cleaning up the grounds, and turning vacant units
Picking up trash, sweeping curbs and dumpster areas, and maintaining common areas
Ensuring the workshop, utility room, and mechanical rooms are always clean, orderly, and free of potential hazards
Track of inventory, placing orders for materials as needed and supplying receipts to both the property manager and maintenance supervisor
Responding within thirty minutes during your designated on-call hours
Qualification
Required
HVAC and pool certified
Experience using a variety of tools and equipment
Experience reading blueprints and various other architectural documents
Experience identifying, reviewing, and obtaining bids on projects in need of supervision from outside contractors
Experience maintaining files and keeping inventory of supplies
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform other physical duties
Ability to give and receive instructions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
