Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
Grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the community
Qualification
Required
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed
Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
