As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage sales transactions, generate quotes, and support customers and the Outside Sales team through strong relationship building and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Manage all customer sales transactions, including in-person and phone orders, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service
Generate quotes and process stock and special orders, leveraging product portals, competitive sourcing, and close collaboration with purchasing
Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers and sales reps, ensuring documentation and changes are handled accurately and in compliance with company procedures
Utilize and maintain expertise in POS and software systems for order entry, inventory control, and product sourcing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions
Continuously build product knowledge to support upselling, substitutions, and competitive research, providing valuable insights to customers and the sales team
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Customer service experience required
Skills: Immediate knowledge of MS Office and POS systems
Preferred
Bonus Points: Experience with BisTrack software is a plus
