SanTan Brewing Company is looking for an Accounting Inventory Control Specialist / Project Manager to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The role involves managing inventory control policies, overseeing accounting responsibilities related to inventory transactions, and leading project management efforts to optimize processes and customer contract relations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy

Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Coordinate the logistics of stock transfers, purchase orders, and processing

Oversee the accurate booking and reporting of inventory transactions in both operating and financial systems

Manage the reconciliation and analysis of inventory transactions

Prepare and maintain detailed inventory, purchase, and pricing records

Lead system and process optimization projects within the various shipping and receiving processes

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects

Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management processes

Conduct scheduled meetings to monitor progress while taking detailed notes and directing department productivity

Manage the customer contracts from initiation to fulfillment

Coordinate and oversee the bidding process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies

Prepare, review, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of contracts, bids, and invoices in our database

Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of contracts

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to contracts and invoicing

Monitor contract performance and compliance, providing regular updates to management

Assist in developing and improving processes related to customer contract relations

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, or a related field

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in general inventory management software, Quickbooks, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred

Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Ekos, Ollie or other brewery specific inventory management software a plus
