Build and manage strong client relationships through B2B outreach and account management
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with client opportunities
Negotiate offers and close deals with both clients and candidates
Generate referrals and expand your professional network
Manage multiple accounts, pipelines, and deadlines effectively
Follow up consistently to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
Qualification
Required

Excellent negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
