As an Operations Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States

Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers

Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy

Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required

Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed

Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers

Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

Required

Fluency in English

A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience

The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google

The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
