Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and reports
Translate technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project teams to gather and validate content
Ensure compliance with DHS and federal documentation standards
Maintain version control and update documents as systems or requirements change
Support proposal, policy, and training material development as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation support
Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint or Confluence preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
