Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging in-person and/or online training sessions on LFA and PCM
Develop training materials, case studies, and practical exercises tailored to participant needs
Provide coaching and technical guidance during and after training sessions
Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback
Ensure training aligns with best practices in adult learning and instructional design
Collaborate with project teams to adapt content for specific organizational contexts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering training on LFA and PCM in development, humanitarian, or non-profit sectors
Strong understanding of the project cycle, results-based management, and monitoring & evaluation
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt content for participants from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
Bachelor's degree in International Development, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)
Preferred
Experience working with USAID, UN agencies, or other international donors
Familiarity with blended learning approaches and e-learning tools
Strong writing skills for training content and reports
