Responsibilities

Gather, organize, and coordinate content to be published on company websites and other digital platforms. Ensure content is accurate and up-to-date

Design and code web-based applications that cater to the specific needs of the company. Use best practices to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces

Assist in the development of information systems standards and procedures

Conduct testing and debugging of web-based applications to ensure they function seamlessly across different systems. Identify and resolve any issues during development process

Regularly update and maintain existing web pages and applications to reflect changes in company information. Implement improvements and optimizations

Monitor web traffic and performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure optimal website usability and speed. Implement performance optimization strategies to enhance experience

Provide expert technical support for software related to web-based systems, such as BPCS and I-Series. Assist users with any issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in timely manner

Provide project leadership for large or complex projects

Supervise the work of other programmers and/or consultants as necessary

Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or instructed by supervisor
