This role involves advising clients on operational efficiencies and revenue enhancements, conducting assessments, and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models
Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models
Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals
Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice

Required

A minimum of three years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
Strong background working in as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and/or industry protocols
Experience with Python, SQL, data modeling, data analysis and visualizations
Strong background working in as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Asset Management
Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
Travel locally onsite 3-4 days per week
