Responsibilities

Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot Splunk servers, clusters and management systems
Install, upgrade and maintain required Splunk applications and add-ons
Provide performance and license tuning for systems and troubleshoot Splunk components
Deliver engineering and architecture support to meet system standards
Manage patching and updates of Splunk hosts and/or application software
Lead onboarding of new logs and troubleshoot existing log sources
Manage and optimize current dashboards; create new data visualizations
Optimize and onboard data sources using Cribl
Interface with executive stakeholders and present technical insights
Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, communicative environment
Perform after-hours work when necessary for system changes

Required

proven experience with Splunk infrastructure and application maintenance
strong hands-on expertise with Cribl for data optimization
demonstrated ability to support enterprise-level logging and visualization solutions
experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
flexibility for after-hours work as required
must be a US Citizen
