Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings, provide follow-up support, and help translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable next steps
Collaborate with lead advisors to prepare and update holistic financial plans and investment recommendations
Conduct scenario modeling and cash flow projections using eMoney
Maintain accurate and timely client data in CRM and financial planning systems (e.g., eMoney, RedTail, Vanilla, etc.)
Champion a culture of mentorship and client empowerment across diverse client backgrounds and life stages
Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, client education programs, and community engagement efforts that promote financial literacy and long-term financial confidence

Qualification

Financial planning experienceCFP® certificationEMoney proficiencyCRM systems experienceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years financial planning experience
Candidates should be detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity

Preferred

CFP®, CFA, or CPA preferred (or substantial progress toward attainment)
Experience with eMoney, RedTail, Fidelity, Schwab, and BlackDiamond is a plus
